We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in Epicor ERP solutions, focusing on optimizing workflows, data integrity, and system efficiency. The Epicor Kinetic Specialist will work closely with business users, IT, and manufacturing personnel to enhance system functionality, support business processes, and drive data-driven decisions. This is an on-site, full-time position.
· Configure, maintain, and enhance the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design workflows, and identify opportunities for system improvements.
· Develop and implement solutions within Epicor Kinetic to optimize business processes, streamline operations, and enhance productivity.
· Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into critical KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
· Conduct regular system audits and data validation checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
· Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor Kinetic system issues, providing technical support and training to end-users as necessary.
· Stay current with Epicor updates, patches, and new features, proactively implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
· Coordinate with vendors and third-party consultants on system updates, integrations, and customizations.
· Ensure continuity, standardization, and data integrity across multiple sites within the Epicor ERP system, aligning business processes and maintaining consistent data quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Epicor ERP, specifically Epicor Kinetic.
· Strong understanding of ERP workflows, data structures, and business processes, particularly in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
· Proficiency in Epicor Kinetic modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Financials, Supply Chain) and experience configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting.
· Experience in SQL, SSRS, and/or other reporting tools for creating customized reports and dashboards.
· Ability to analyze complex data, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in multi-site configuration.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing, specifically metal fabrication or similar.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users over multiple sites.
